Important! Always Inspect shipments upon receipt and report shortages and incorrect or damaged material to us immediately.
Damaged shipments must remain with the original packaging for freight company inspection.
No returns will be accepted more than 90 days after shipment for any reason. Before 90 days, no returns will be accepted without prior authorization. If it is necessary to return material to us, please contact us for a return authorization number and forwarding instructions.
Returned material will be subject to a restocking charge of 25% for catalog items. Special orders cannot be returned unless defective.
Repairs
Note: All repairs sent to the factory must include an RMA number. To request an RMA, select your country from the menu below.
The completed form will also provide us with a valid PO, a description of the failure, information about any hazardous substances the product may have contacted, and any decontamination procedures you have performed. The completed form must accompany all repairs sent to VICI.
